Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”)

This Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on by and between:

The Talent – the client commissioning the collaboration project, and
The Legend – the artist providing creative contribution under the RapCollabs platform.

Together, the Talent and the Legend are referred to as the “Parties.”

By signing below, the Parties expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions which govern their collaboration:

1. Payment and Compliance

The Talent agrees to remit the full fee stated at the time of order through the RapCollabs platform. Payment must be made in accordance with the RapCollabs payment policy. The Talent further agrees to comply with all provisions of RapCollabs’ Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2. Respect for Creative Integrity

The Talent acknowledges the unique artistic and creative value that the Legend contributes to the collaboration. Accordingly, the Talent agrees to honor, respect, and not distort or misrepresent the Legend’s creative contribution in any manner that undermines its artistic integrity.

3. Ownership and Royalties

Upon delivery of the final collaboration and in consideration of the agreed fee:

The Talent shall acquire 100% ownership, rights, and royalties in and to the final collaborative work.
The Legend shall have no claim to any ongoing ownership, royalty, or additional compensation beyond what is expressly stated herein.

4. Full and Final Satisfaction

The Talent affirms and acknowledges that the payment made and this Agreement together constitute full and final satisfaction of the Legend’s contribution. No further monetary obligations, residuals, or claims shall be due to the Legend once this Agreement is executed.

5. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to any sensitive project details, communications, or materials exchanged during the course of the collaboration, unless expressly authorized in writing.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon and enforceable by both Parties immediately upon their signature below. By signing, each Party affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms set forth herein.
