Rap Titans Iconic Collabs – Collaboration Agreement

This Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on between:

The Talent (Client Artist): the individual commissioning the collaboration project through the RapCollabs platform, and
The Legend (Collaborating Artist): the individual providing the creative contribution (verse, vocals, or other material).

Together, the Talent and the Legend are referred to as the “Parties.”

By signing below, the Parties expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions which govern their collaboration:

1. Scope of Work

The Legend agrees to provide a creative contribution (“Contribution”) in the form of recorded vocals, verses, or other musical material for inclusion in a song or project commissioned by the Talent. RapCollabs serves strictly as a facilitator and has no ownership rights.

2. Payment

The Talent agrees to pay the fee stated in the RapCollabs platform order. Payment shall be made in full before the Legend begins work. The fee covers all services and costs incurred by the Legend. No additional fees or royalties shall be owed beyond this amount.

3. Ownership and Rights

Upon receipt of full payment:

The Talent shall own 100% of all rights (including publishing, master rights, performance rights, and royalties) in the final collaboration and the Legend’s Contribution.
The Legend assigns and transfers all rights in their Contribution to the Talent as a work-for-hire.
The Legend waives any claim to royalties, backend income, or further ownership.

4. Deliverables

The Talent shall provide instrumental files and project details within two (2) business days of order confirmation.
The Legend shall deliver final Contribution stems (WAV format, 24-bit/48kHz preferred) within fifteen (15) business days of payment.
Both Parties agree to maintain professional communication and respect project deadlines.

5. Credits

The Talent may credit the Legend on the release as:
“Artist: ft. ” (or in a mutually agreed format).
Credit is encouraged but not strictly mandatory. RapCollabs may be credited as “Collaboration Facilitator.”

6. Representations and Warranties

Each Party represents and warrants that:

Their respective contributions are original and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
They have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights described herein.
The Talent is solely responsible for clearing any third-party samples used in the project.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their own breach or contribution. RapCollabs shall not be liable beyond its facilitator role.

8. Termination

All payments made are non-refundable. If the Legend has delivered the Contribution, rights remain with the Talent even if the Agreement is later terminated.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of , without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete and final understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior communications, whether written or verbal.
