Communication: Use the platform’s communication system to send these details to the artist.
Artist Actions:
- Receive the Beat: Download the beat uploaded by the client.
- Song Description: Review the notes about the song’s theme and content.
- Song Name: Note the specified name of the song.
- Agreement: Sign the agreement stating joint ownership and publishing rights.
- Recording: The artist has 10 days to record the verse and provide the reference track and stems.
Platform Notes:
All communication between the client and the artist is conducted within the platform.
This communication is regulated by the agreement signed at the beginning of the process.
Client Receives Verse and Stems: The artist uploads the verse and stems to the platform.
Completion: The transaction is completed, and the client is charged via credit card or debit visa.
Payment Distribution: 75% of the payment goes to the artist, and 25% is allocated to Rap Collab’s administrative fees.
By following these steps, clients can seamlessly collaborate with artists, ensuring a smooth process and clear communication throughout the project.
Joint Ownership: All music produced through collaborations on the Platform will be co-owned by the Talent and the Client. Both parties will have equal rights (50/50) to the ownership and publishing of the final product.
Agreement to Terms: Both Talent and Client must sign a formal agreement outlining the joint ownership and publishing rights before the commencement of any collaboration.
Talent Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality vocals/verses as agreed upon during the project initiation.
Deliver the completed stems and reference tracks within the specified timeframe (10 days from receiving the beat and song details).Communicate solely through the Platform for the duration of the project.
Client Responsibilities:
Upload a legally owned beat for the collaboration.
Provide clear and detailed notes about the song, including its theme and title.
Adhere to the communication guidelines by interacting with Talent only through the Platform.
Complete and sign the joint ownership and publishing agreement.
Payment Distribution:
Upon completion of the project, the Client’s payment will be processed.
75% of the payment will be disbursed to the Talent.
25% of the payment will be retained by Rap Titans Iconic Collabs as an administrative fee.
Payment Processing: All financial transactions will be conducted through the Platform’s secure payment system.
Platform Communication: All communications between Talent and Client must occur within the Platform’s messaging system to ensure transparency and security.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project details and communications confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties without prior consent.
Delivery Timeframe: The Talent must deliver the final verse and stems within 10 days of receiving the beat and project details.
Revisions: Any requests for revisions must be reasonable and communicated through the Platform. Both parties should mutually agree on the extent and nature of revisions.
Mediation: In case of any disputes, both Talent and Client agree to first seek resolution through mediation facilitated by Rap Titans Iconic Collabs.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
Termination by Talent or Client: Either party may terminate the collaboration if the other party fails to meet their obligations as outlined in these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any works in progress will be subject to renegotiation for ownership and rights distribution.
Talent Warranties: The Talent warrants that the vocals/verses provided are original and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Client Warranties: The Client warrants that the beat uploaded is legally owned and free of any third-party claims.
Rap Titans Iconic Collabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in any collaboration.
Rap Titans Iconic Collabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rap Titans Iconic Collabs operates.
