Process of Booking a Rap Titan Artist

Step #1: Find an Iconic Rapper, R&B Singer or Reggae artist.

Step #2: Provide Details and the Beat

At checkout, the client provides all essential information the celebrity artist needs to create a custom verse. This step ensures the final track is tailored, legally sound, and delivered with clarity.

Client Responsibilities:

• Upload the Beat
  Submit a beat you own or have full rights to use.
  
• Song Details
  Describe the theme, message, or mood of the song to guide the artist’s creative process.
  
• Song Title
  Specify the exact name of the song.
  
• Rights Agreement
  Sign an agreement confirming that you, as the commissioning artist, retain 100% ownership of the publishing and master rights of the final song.
  
• Communication
  Share all required details with the artist using the secure messaging system on the Rap Collabs platform.
  

Artist Responsibilities:

• Accept or Decline Offer
  Review the submitted materials and choose whether to accept the project.
  
• Download & Review
  Access the beat and carefully review the description and song title.
  
• Rights Agreement
  Sign the agreement acknowledging that the client owns full publishing and master rights.
  
• Recording & Delivery
  Complete the verse within 10 days, including:
  
  
  • Final recorded verse
    
  • Reference track
    
  • Stems (isolated vocal files)
    
  • Upload everything via the platform’s messaging system for the client.
    

Platform Guidelines:

• All communication must take place within the Rap Collabs platform.
  
• The signed agreement governs the collaboration, ensuring clear terms and a secure creative process for both parties.

Step #3: Delivery and Payment

Initial Payment to Music Legend:
Once the project is accepted, the music legend receives 50% of the artist’s payment upfront.

Verse and Stems Delivered:
The music legend uploads the completed verse and audio stems directly to the Rap Collabs platform for the client to review and download.

Final Payment and Completion:
Upon delivery, the remaining 50% is charged to the client’s credit or debit card. This final payment is then released to the music legend.

Payment Distribution:
88% of the total project fee is paid to the music legend. The remaining 12% is retained by Rap Collabs to cover platform and administrative costs.

By following this step, both the client and the artist benefit from a transparent, secure, and streamlined collaboration process from start to finish.
